Why did I create my blog?

My blog was born from my love of writing and unending desire to share the stories and journeys that have shaped me. Writing has always been an outlet for me to Share, Inspire and Empower people to grow personally and professionally.

Here, you aren’t going to find perfect writing (English is still my third language) or the latest tips for making millions. You will, however, find a place where I express my thoughts, lessons learned, and musings about work experiences.

I want to encourage my readers to live their lives with passion, purpose, and joy. I hope readers find inspiration and entertainment in my writing and a source of ideas for their journeys. No matter where you are in life, I invite you to join me on this blog — let’s explore together!

A Little Bit About Me

My story is one of overcoming obstacles and never giving up. I grew up in an Italian family that believed in the power of trust, commitment, and love. As a result, I was taught to always trust my instincts and never quit on my dreams. This devotion to my core values has helped shape me into the person I am today: an entrepreneur who believes that anything is possible with enough hard work and dedication.

I have been very fortunate to live in different places around the world, meet interesting people, and have many opportunities come my way. Gratefully I had terrific and unique experiences—hoping my story can inspire others to follow their dreams and never give up on themselves. No matter how hard it gets, I always believe that anything is possible if you work hard and stay positive.

Growing Up

Growing up in Argentina and living in Brazil and Italy before moving to the United States was tremendous. Each move came with a set of challenges and adventures but also with lessons learned. I would recommend nothing more to anyone than to live in another country at least once in your life. Learning a language, understanding different cultures, and immersing yourself in a new environment were the most rewarding experiences of my life.

My journey has been filled with many wonderful moments that I am sure I will carry with me forever. My story proves that challenges can be overcome if you remain focused on your goals and never give up. It’s not about perfection but about dedication and resilience. I firmly believe that with hard work and perseverance, anything is achievable. With the right mindset, you can achieve anything you set your mind to!

Moving To The United States

Moving to the United States with my wife and two sons was one of my best decisions. I couldn’t find the quality of life I was seeking for my family in Europe or South America. The United States offers us a lavish lifestyle and incredible business opportunities, two essentials that are difficult to find in other parts of the world! I’m so grateful to my American friends for always having my back and for the years of fun, craziness, and laughter.

For me, the best part of living in the United States is the freedom to be who you want and do what you want. There are so many opportunities here, and I feel fortunate to have been able to take advantage of them. Of course, there are challenges to living in any country, but overall I feel incredibly lucky to be living in the United States. It’s a truly fantastic place, and I’m grateful for all the opportunities it has to offer. Thank you, America!

My Mentors

My story can’t be complete without mentioning my father, Antonio, and my uncle, Angel. As the son of a builder and the nephew of an architect/engineer, I learned the ins and outs of single-family and multifamily design and construction early on. My father and uncle influenced me with their fascination for innovation and customer experience. I was lucky to have them as incredible mentors.

I humbly say that part of my success, all these years, has come from what I learned from my father and uncle. I strive to follow their example as a leader by putting the customer experience first in every project and being open to new ideas and innovation. I honor them for their solid and unwavering support in my journey. It is truly because of them that I am where I am today. Thank you, Dad and Uncle Angel, for everything!

Innovation & CX Fascination

Thanks to my father and uncle, Innovation and Customer Experience (CX) have been the driving force in my life! I have always strived to create something new and unique that will benefit me and everyone around me and beyond. Thinking outside the box has stimulated me to develop creative solutions for problems and find effective ways of getting things done for my clients.

Innovation has the power to bring people together and drive progress in unexpected ways. I am passionate about inspiring others to think differently, dream big, and use their imaginations to create something unique to improve our world. It is this passion for innovation that motivates me each day and helps to guide my actions.

The kitchen photo shows a fantastic invention, “The Smart Step Stool,” which solved a painful issue for people when they tried to reach elevated shelves and storage areas in their kitchen. It just uses 1.5 inches of cabinetry space! This is a clear example of collaboration being the key to any design team’s success!

My Work Experience

I was extremely fortunate to play an essential role in Argentina, Brazil, and the United States companies. My work experience goes from designing and constructing single-family and multifamily properties to developing new business opportunities for small and large organizations.

With a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving skills, I have been a great asset to different teams. I used my skills and expertise to help create successful outcomes for companies. I am proud of the success that I have achieved through these years and look forward to bringing this experience to other teams.

I’m thrilled about the great relationship I built with my clients. They are all fantastic people that I enjoy spending time with. Thanks to my clients, I can do what I love daily and make a living doing it. Without my clients, I would not be where I am today. They have helped me grow as a person and as a professional.
