Senior Global Luxury Real Estate Advisor | Palm Beach, FL | 2/2022 – Present

Since February 2022, I have been privileged to serve as Senior Global Luxury Real Estate Advisor for Premier Estates Properties in Palm Beach, Florida. My expertise includes residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, new construction, development, marketing and sales. I was previously the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sciame Homes Palm Beach, where I led the firm operations and the development of new business opportunities. I oversaw multiple project execution, asset acquisition, and client/investor relations.

Using my marketing and sales knowledge, I’m assisting Premier Estate Properties in continuing to earn credibility as the trusted advisor for a high net-worth clientele. The company’s annual marketing target yielded $4.9 Billion in listing and sales during a 12-month period. We are the only brokerage that dedicates 100% of our multi-million dollar annual marketing budget exclusively to promoting the sale of million-dollar-plus properties. Our proven, results-driven multimedia program is designed to capture qualified buyers at home and both nationally and internationally for our sellers’ properties.

My international experience in luxury real estate has given me a better understanding of the global real estate market, allowing me to add value with my insights. Senior Vice President | Palm Beach, FL | 5/2016 – 12/2021

Sciame Homes is a premier Palm Beach builder/developer specializing in designing, constructing, and renovating luxury homes and apartment buildings. Sciame Homes’ roots span more than four decades and run to New York City, where Sciame Construction’s name is counted among those builders whose projects are synonymous with enduring and well-executed. As a SVP of Business Development, I was responsible for daily operations and driving strategies for growth.

My leadership, initiatives, and collaboration significantly impacted the company’s profitability. Key contributions:

  • Facilitated the company’s revenue growth from $3MM to $80MM in 5 years. I was responsible for devising and executing strategies to increase market share.
  • Designed and oversaw South Florida luxury single-family and multifamily projects from conception to construction, ensuring that project subcontractors and vendors met quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals. Focused on meeting sustainable and healthy building design certification standards.
  • Managed project specifications, provided advice for site selection, and led the selection process of sub-contractors and vendors.
  • Guaranteed a secure, safe environment for all users of any space; upholding the highest design standards and documents for each project was vital.
  • Increased the company’s growth and profitability exponentially through screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develop a new multifamily division. Led the investment strategy unit within the company. Identify potential multifamily real estate investment opportunities, and manage investor relationships.


Chief Executive Officer | Seaford, NY | 3/2010 – 4/2016

As a boutique firm’s CEO, I focused on offering unparalleled architectural services through world-class design. I created a unique portfolio of projects by leveraging my experience and passion for creating exceptional architectural work. I strove to exceed expectations in all aspects of the design process, ensuring that each and every project was both distinctive and timeless.

I assisted luxury residential and commercial real estate developers in screening $1MM to $25MM deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements and recommending equity investments. Working as an Owner Representative, I led a team of architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors, observed project performance, and coordinated workload throughout the entire project to complete documents on schedule. Establish project furnishings, fixtures, and equipment budgets.

Since the company’s humble beginnings, I have sought to create a place that attracts talented individuals and provides an environment that inspires them to be their absolute best every day. I have been instrumental in addressing policies that promote the company’s culture and vision and championing comprehensive goals and strategic planning for performance and growth.
